It depends on the size of the place and what's involved, so we quote each job rather than list a flat price. Regular home cleans are usually charged hourly; end of lease and commercial work is quoted as a fixed price up front. Send the form and you'll have a number the same day.

Yes — our team arrives with everything needed. If you'd prefer we use your products, or want eco-friendly and low-fragrance options, just let us know when you book.

For regular bookings, yes wherever possible. Consistency is the point — your cleaner learns your home and you're not starting from scratch each visit. If they're away we'll let you know before the day.

Not at all. Plenty of clients leave a key, a lockbox code or building access instructions. We'll confirm arrangements before the first visit and text you when the job is done.

We clean to the standard agents and property managers inspect against, and we'll return to fix anything they flag within 72 hours of the clean at no charge. Bond decisions sit with your agent, but a re-clean is the usual fix and it's covered.

For commercial sites, that's usually how we work — early mornings, evenings or weekends so your team isn't working around us. We'll set a schedule that suits your opening hours.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo whatever's wrong, free. If we still can't get it right, you don't pay for that clean.

A few days is comfortable, and we can often fit in urgent end of lease cleans sooner. Call us if you're on a tight deadline — we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, and every cleaner is police checked and trained before attending a job.
