Scope is agreed in writing before we start, so there's no debate afterwards about what was covered.

Does this guarantee I get my bond back?

We clean to the standard agents inspect against, and if your property manager flags anything cleaning-related we return and fix it free within 72 hours of the clean. The bond decision itself sits with your agent, but a re-clean is the usual remedy and it is covered.

Do you clean carpets too?

We arrange steam cleaning as an add-on, which most leases require. Mention it when you request a quote and we will include it in the fixed price.

Should the property be empty?

Ideally yes. An empty property lets us clean inside every cupboard and behind where furniture sat. If that is not possible we will work around what is left.

How far ahead should I book?

A few days is comfortable. We can often fit in urgent cleans sooner, so call us if you are up against an inspection date.
